Before cancelling an order, we request you to go through the entire cancellation policy.
- There are specific deductions that shall be done based on the status of processing of your order. Refer point 3 as regards to deductions that shall be done on your total order value. After deduction the said value shall be refunded into your account in 7 working days. This is based on the terms & conditions of the bank. If in case the amount is not refunded in 7 working days, we request you to contact your bank with the transaction details. Amara Raja Electronics limited cannot be held responsible for any transactional delays in crediting the cardholders account since this falls under cardholders issuing bank purview.
- If you want to cancel your order, go to Order history section. Tick mark the respective order which you wish to cancel. Also enter other details as requested.
- Generally we accept cancellation of orders within 48hours of booking your order. You need to note that we start processing customer orders the same day of you confirming purchase of product. Find below the details of cancellations charges:
- Cancellation within 24hours of booking your order - 5% deduction from the order value.
- Cancellation within 48hours of booking your order - 10% deduction from the order value.
- We don’t accept cancellation after 2days of booking your order.
- We don’t accept cancellations for products listed under special events or occasion /clearance sale or promotions.

- Orders placed on merchandise items cannot be cancelled at any point of time. We consider it as goods sold. There shall not be any refund of money. We accept only replacement of merchandise provided there is any damage to merchandise on receipt of material.
- If you cancel your order after making payment through ICICI /AMEX gateway, the refund is routed back through the customer‘s Credit Card company and are credited to the customer’s account.
- In case of cancellation for orders placed though Paypal, the transaction is between Amara Raja Electronics Limited and the customer and the refund will be done through cheque exclusive of deductions as specified in the cancellation policy.
