Registration is free and can be completed very quickly.

To become a registered user just click here and you will be taken to the registration page where you will be asked to enter your personal data and choose a password.  We would like to remind you that the fields highlighted with an asterisk must be completed.

After inserting your data, a confirmation message will inform you that registration has been completed.

At this point you are a registered user and you can enter ‘My TribalStore' the store by clicking on ‘Login', entering your email address and password.

PURCHASING, ORDERS AND SHOPPING CART

Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout' to proceed with your order.  Remember that you can also modify the number of articles that you want to purchase, or remove items from the shopping cart.  Product categories like Home UPS can be ordered only one at a time. 

On completing this step, you will be asked to select a delivery address and billing address: both these fields must be completed. If you have not yet chosen a billing address, click on “add new address” and fill in the form; then click on “confirm and proceed”.

In the next phase, you will be requested to select a payment method from those available ( paypal or credit card or debit card.)

In general, there is no limit as regards the quantity or value.  However, certain product categories suggest you to purchase one product at a time.  Tribal Online Store reserves the right to limit purchases for some products that carry special offers during seasonal offer celebrations. 

Tribal Online Store asks you to specify the exact location (State, city or town) to which the order should be sent as this allows you to automatically view an exact breakdown of the delivery costs, the payment methods available and whether there are Octroi and VAT costs to take into account. 

Certainly.  We accept orders from across the globe for product to be delivered within India.   However, it is important to select the state, city/town to which you would like the order to be sent.  You can do this by adding a new delivery address during the final purchase phase.

In this case, first of all Tribal Online Store will ask you whether you would like to receive the articles in one delivery only or if you would prefer to receive the goods in stock immediately.

The products which are not in available, because they have been ordered or are out of stock, will be sent you later on at your own expense as per charges applicable and showcased online.

Having inserted the data necessary to effect the payment, you will be transferred to the payment confirmation page containing the order number and date.

A thank you message will appear in the centre of the page informing you that the purchasing procedure has been successfully completed.

Finally, you will receive an email containing the details of the order and the confirmation that this has been successfully received.

World of Tribal accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards & paypal.

The credit cards currently accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Your data is totally safe.  Your credit card information is protected against unauthorised access thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.  This information cannot be accessed by third parties.

For credit card & debit card orders, debits are made when the order has been completed.

We would like to remind you that debits will only be made for the amount of the products actually sent.  

You may select PayPal as a payment method on the page of the Shopping Cart section.  By clicking on 'Proceed with the order' on the Confirmation page, you will be taken to the PayPal login page, where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.
