- We currently deliver to major cities in India. Please check the list of our serviceable cities before placing the order. Click here to check the Indian cities in which we deliver.
- You can place an order and ship it to one destination only. For multiple destinations, you need to place separate orders. For example if you wish to gift a product to 2 of your friends from different locations, then you need to place 2 separate orders. This shall be of benefit to you since it makes it easy to track each order individually during shipping.
- While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to certain uncontrolled reasons. The time of booking, location of delivery, environmental conditions and order priority plays a role in shipping of orders and delivery of goods.
- Out of stock notification: If we are out of stock for any goods ordered, please use the “Notify me ‘feature and we will let you know once the goods are available.
Shipping policy for TribalTM Home UPS (includes Accessories)
- Goods will be delivered to you by our authorised distributor within 3 working days. We request you not to dis-assemble the packaging since it requires professional handling. Our nation wide service/installation team shall come to your place for installation. If goods are found to be damaged while shipping by our service team, we shall replace it accordingly.
Shipping policy for TribalTM Lantern
- If you believe that the Lantern is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or is not the same as per your order, we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. You need to contact our -Toll free number -1800 425 3838.
Shipping policy for TriGear (Tribal Merchandise)
- Shipping and handling charges would be charged extra for merchandise orders and would vary based on products,weights and shipping locations.
- If you believe that the Merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or is not the same as per your order, we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. You need to contact our Toll free number -1800 425 3838.
- The shape or colour of the product may vary from the shape of colour shown in the website.
- The purchased products shall be delivered within 15 days from the date of payment of order.
We don’t encourage returns of any goods once we are through with our shipping process.
