Tribal Sponsored UPS Expo 2010 at Hyderabad

The cyber city Hyderabad played host to the three day UPS EXPO held between 6th to 8th August 2010. The UPS Expo was inaugurated by Mr. Y Harish Chandra Prasad, Chairman CII AP Chapter.

Tribal was the key sponsor for the UPS Expo. Mr. Prasanna, Tribal Consumer Power Solutions Distributor of Sri Power, coordinated this event. It was the first ever exclusive exhibition of UPS, inverters and batteries. The event provided a common platform for manufacturers, distributors, dealers to showcase their products and power back up solution to end consumers.

Tribal range of products which were showcased includes Tribal Italia Home UPS, Tribal iACE Home UPS. Tribal Life LED rechargeable lantern and Tribal Hi-backup batteries.

The industry has grown four fold in the last three years and there is very high potential for power back up solutions in the coming years. The increase in demand is rapid in the IT, industrial, commercial as well as domestic segments due to frequent power cuts for longer periods.
